On-Site & Remote Repair Service We come to you! We’ll come to your home or business to perform the repair work. If it is cost effective to take the computer to our repair facilities, it is include in the pricing. We can also login to you PC remotely for diagnostics and repairs that don’t require an on-site visit.
Pricing: On-site: $60 first hr. / Additional hours billed per 15 minutes Remote: $1 per minute, no minimum (Call or email to reserve appointment)
PC Installation Service If you need help installing your new computer, we can help. We’ll install your PC, peripherals, and make sure your on the internet. Transferring data from an old PC may incur an additional charge.
Pricing: $75 flat rate / $60 hr. additional hours if required
PC Backup Solution In the event of a disaster, it is critical to have your data backed up. We’ll develop a solution that is right for you.
